| Shipping Information |
| We ship exclusively with UPS and we can not ship
outside of the US. We offer UPS Ground Shipping as
well as UPS 2nd Day Shipping. Our shipping charges are the actual charge by UPS to ship the item from our
warehouse to your address. We do not add any
"handling" or other fees. You will see the
shipping charge for your item after you enter the
"Ship To:" address on the first screen of the
ordering system. We ship all orders the same day that the
order is placed or the next business day. As a result,
UPS Ground shipments take from 1 day to 10 days to
arrive. (the 10 day maximum number would be for West
coast orders placed on a Friday that did not ship until
Monday). 2nd Day Air shipments will arrive in 1-5 days as
orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday or Sunday
will not ship until Monday. We are sorry but we do not
offer Saturday Delivery, Overnight Shipping, or Same Day
Service. |
| Return Policy and
Satisfaction Guarantee |
| We offer a 30
day 100% satisfaction guarantee. If an item that you
receive from us is damaged or becomes defective within 30
days of delivery, contact us by email and we will
ship a replacement immediately and we will pay to have
UPS pick up the damaged or defective item. If you are
unhappy with an item, you may return it to us within 30
days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price and
the original shipping charge. If you need to return an
item that is not being replaced you must email us to
request a return authorization number which must be
written on the outside of the shipping carton. The return
authorization number makes it possible for us to credit
your account immediately when the item arrives at our
warehouse. Our warehouse staff is not allowed to accept
delivery of any packages that do not have a return
authorization number visible on the outside of the
package. Any returned items that arrive at our warehouse unexpected either by return without a return authorization number or by refusal of original delivery will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and will not be credited for the original shipping charge. There is no restocking fee for any item returned with a return authorization number. |
